James is an effective and reliable SAT and ACT tutor. He also specializes in helping students prepare their college application essay. He has helped hundreds of students prepare for the SAT and ACT over the past 6 years. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in writing from the American Film Institute in Los Angeles, CA, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
James teaches all sections of standardized tests including: the SAT critical reading, SAT math, SAT writing, ACT English, ACT reading, ACT math, and ACT science. James' students have seen great results. Some have increased their scores by as much as 400 points on the SAT. ACT students have increased their scores by as much as 10 points in a single section.
He also acts as a consultant through the college application process.
