I am a mother of twin 7 year olds, a boy and a girl, who are finishing First Grade. Reading is introduced but not emphasized during the first grade in their school. As a result my children are very early readers. I'm looking for a tutor that can help me during the remainder of May and throughout June. Meeting twice a week we should be able to really get them underway so they can practice all summer. In the fall, a different set of needs for tutoring might be needed

I'm looking for a tutor for English over the summer. My son is 14 years old and he is graduating 8th grade by the end of this month. Since we moved to US 3 years ago his English is not good as other students, so we are looking for someone who can help him in reading and writing. I'm thinking to have at a class for him 3 days a week to help him catch up with other kids by the end of summer.

I am a student at SDSU majoring in pre-nursing. I have taken the rhetoric writing classes at SDSU for two semesters and have one last chance at passing the essay test. I need help to pass the essay test this final summer semester. Classes start at SDSU this Wednesday. I need help in finding out what I am doing wrong.

I am looking for a tutor this summer for my 8yr old nephew. He is in spec. ed. At this point, he is nearly ready to start reading, knowing consonants, begin/end of words. However, he needs vowel help. I was thinking a couple of hrs 3x/wk.
